1. Introduction

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Qayyim Academy's Website and Services. By accessing this website and booking our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Scheduling & Booking

All classes are scheduled according to Makkah Time (Asia/Riyadh). While our system tries to show local times, it is ultimately the student's responsibility to ensure they attend at the correct time. Bookings are subject to tutor availability.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us via WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may result in the forfeiture of your free evaluation session to ensure fairness to our tutors.

4. Code of Conduct

Students and Tutors are expected to maintain respectful, Islamic etiquette during classes. This includes appropriate dress code and language. Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

Course materials provided by Qayyim Academy are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, sold, or copied without permission.
